Started almost 20 years ago, Endy, the head honcho of EOG initially embarked his career as a business and product developer in the insurance industry. But as time passed by, he realized very quickly, consumers do not want to be sold, much less hard-sold, but instead consumers buy only when they can see the benefits insurance does for them and their family
Yet, as a person armed with multi financial knowledge, it is so much in us to spread the knowledge we acquired that this has caused a barrier between us and consumers. It is exactly this barrier that we are able to break through with a simple tweak of mindset and a comprehensive list of operating procedures that we adhere to, in order to deliver the promises that insurance make to consumers
